Nicole Krause, MA, LCPC
Lodge Director, Maple Lodge
Nicole is the Lodge Director of Maple Lodge at Timberline Knolls. She is responsible for supervising the clinical staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including program development.
Nicole has extensive experience providing clinical therapy services to children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient settings (private practice and community mental health) and in higher levels of care (intensive outpatient programs and residential treatment centers). She spent many years doing crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments in a variety of settings including emergency rooms, police departments, schools, group homes and psychiatric hospitals. Nicole has previous job titles of Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor while working specifically in residential treatment centers. Prior to moving into the role of Lodge Director, Nicole was the Intake Manager for the Admissions Department at Timberline Knolls.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Psychology and Sociology from Northern Illinois University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Community Counseling from Roosevelt University.
