Continuing Care
For adolescent girls and women, the most challenging part of recovery often begins when they leave our facility. That's why we craft a comprehensive plan for returning to home, school, work or a step-down therapeutic program from the very beginning. We recognize that a well-designed and realistic discharge plan is almost as important as the treatment itself.
With that in mind, we keep the lines of communication open among family, school and referrants while she's in the program, as well as when she's discharged. Her success is our success, and we're committed to making sure she receives continued care and support long after she's left our program.
