    Timberline Knolls respects the privacy of its users. We have a full-time privacy officer: Randy Hayes, VP of Compliance. We are members of the Joint Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Timberline Knolls does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its website visitors, prospective residents, or residents, to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways for which you have not consented.

    Timberline Knolls, LLC ("Timberline Knolls", “Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center”, “Timberline Knolls Academy”, or “we") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who utilize our site or services.     Complaints

    Timberline Knolls has an internal process of addressing with concerns regarding both the quality of resident care and/or safety. These concerns may be reported directly to the Timberline Knolls Compliance Officer, Randy Hayes (rhayes [at] timberlineknolls.com)  or Administrator, Tom Dattalo (tdattalo[at] timberlineknolls.com).  This will initiate a formal process of review.  We are committed to the highest level of care and safety, and will report our findings and improvements  as required back to you.

    Timberline Knolls has chosen to be accredited by The Joint Commission, a voluntary organization which deals with organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which case is provided.

    Security

    Transmission of information over the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100% secure, but some sites take greater precautions than others to protect the privacy and security of its users. While the Internet is not a locked-down environment, Timberline Knolls places a high premium on security and privacy. A high-security firewall protects our database from outsiders.
