Treatment Programs

What kind of evaluation process will be used in recommending a treatment plan?

Evaluation for treatment planning begins during the admissions process when both the parents and resident provide information. After obtaining consent, we speak to past providers to gather additional information about treatment progress and stumbling blocks. In addition, caregivers for each type of treatment at Timberline Knolls complete a written assessment within the resident's first four to seven days at Timberline Knolls. These assessments provide the treatment team with specific information for the treatment plan. If additional information is necessary, we will provide or obtain psychological or medical testing.
